Clear bright blond beer, big aery irregular white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity start, some peaches, pears, a bit of banana, a little malty. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a little bitter up front, a bit metallic, malty, some citrus notes, grains, some banana. Aftertaste: very bitter, dry, a bit metallic still, banana peel, very yeasty, grassy. Decent beer, but a tad boring for a Bevog beer, usually these guys make more interesting things!
