Brewed with Maris Otter & Pale 2 Row for a malty character. It's hopped with Chinook for bittering and Simcoe & Citra during whirlpool and dry hopping. A medium body with a golden yellow color and 6% ABV. Bursting with tons of freshly squeezed limes, oranges and grapefruit peel, complemented by mango and piney notes. The bitterness is exactly where it needs to be! Balance is our second name!

Draught Faint lace over darker yellow beer. Fruity notes, unripe fruit, leaves, specifically young leaves. Dry, flavour as from green banana - and as dry. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, almost dry-out effect. And again a severe one - and as good. But where is it brewed really?

Pours suspiciously hazy for a WC. Fluorecent-lookin' yellow. Medium sized white head. Scent is quite punchy pine, stonefruit, tropical, peppery touch even. taste is bitter, but surprisingly shallow. Has some aroma's (pine correctly takes the lead) but all fades fairly fast. Not as pinishingly bitter as hoped., though still outspoken. That being said, still very enjoyable, especially for a market as young as Bulgaria is for beer.

Keg at High Five Taproom - Sofia. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Medium sweet flavour with notes of pale bread, light honey, pine, citrus fruits, honeysuckle, tangerine, modest bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, notes of sun-kissed pale malts, light pine, citrusy hops. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.
