Pâle/dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme au bouquet frais houblonné avec qcq notes rappelant les esters fruités – léger herbacé typiquement de l’approche de Dundulis.
Palais sur un côté belge au niveau de la levure, qcq esters et ces derniers ne s’alignent pas vraiment sur le caractère attendu d’une saison. Pointe rappelant le clou de girofle avec l’inspiration de gruit pour les herbes.

Cloudy pale yellow beige beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, herbal, yeasty, a bit funky, grains, malty. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: herbal touch, a bit spicy, dry, yeasty, quite a lot of banana. Aftertaste: yeast, banana, spicy, dry, ok but a bit boring.
