June 2021: 750 ml clear bottle, kindly supplied by Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger, on my initiative. ABV is 4.7%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a large white head that actually lasts a while. Pleasant aroma of sweet and sour apples. Pleasant, slightly sweet and refreshing flavour of dessert apples. Yummi - this is the real thing!

YG 040423. Straw golden color . Aroma is apple, sourness, grass. Flavor is apples, sourness, grass. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, sparkling, headless cider, straw to golden in color. The aroma is rather gentle, almost perry-like, but there's sure apple juice too. Some light leafy, grassy hints too. It's medium bodied and perhaps a bit hard on the carbonation, quite dry and refreshing, with an apple juice driven flavor. Pear and plum notes, with some grass. A bit more fruity-sweet in the finish, but still on the dry side. Well, it's quite low on ABV, which never seems to do any good, but it's a decent cider anyway. 230404

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, flowers, yellow apples, grass, minerals, yeast, apple peel, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour unripe apples, sorrel, hay, grass, apple cores, minerals, flowers, apple peel, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough, refreshing.
