Very pale yellow with cloudy greenish shine; tenacious but discrete white head. Brett-like nose, some banana, lactic acid, lambic-like. Lactic acid, tart taste, retronasal very much cloves. Medium body, wheat slickness. Good Weizen, the nose is revolutionary, the taste much more classical. tat - slightly clovey, completely different from the southern Bavarian Weizens.

Bottled. Cloudy orange. Some banana. Some banana, some toffee, sweet and clean with mild honeyish finish. A standard weizen.
