0,5 l bottle, screw top. Thanks a lot to kappldav123. BB 18.01.26. Cloudy orange golden with a nearly two finger white foamy head. Looks good. Dry wheat and yeast on the nose, clove and sulfur. Some banana way behind in the background. Taste is less wheat and yeast, increasing banana and orange with sweetness, some clove. Soft bitterness. Mid carbonated for a Hefeweizen. Good bavarian standard .

Optisch wunderbar, schöner Schaum. In der Nase hefig, im Trunk Nelken, cremig, hinten trocken, passt.

Weich hefiger Beginn. Kräutrig, schnell trocken werdend, süffig. Herb-bananiger Mittelteil, wässrig werdend. Netter Beginn, schwaches Ende. 11/10/7/7/9/8

Bottle at pizzeria al portico sovizzo as orfrumer weizen. Cloudy orange color big white head. Smell of rotten banana... man this is a lot of bubblegum stuff. Banana, raspberries, cherries and cough syrup. Tons of fruity notes while malts thickness is relatively thin, floral and citrusy instead. Seems kind of an artificial flavor to me, weird. Strong carbonation finish is dry and quite sour, light body although a prominent sugary edge is there. Funny.

Flasche mit Schraubverschluss. Aargh, die werde ich wieder nirgends los und kann 8 Cent in den Altglascontainer schmeißen. Nehmt doch einfach ne Standard-NRW- oder Euro-Flasche. Das ist kein Wasser oder Limo - wer Bier trinkt säuft die 0,5 Liter in einer Sitzung. Wiederverschließen ist da unnötig. Farbe: Hell, trüb, leuchtend. Geschmack: Toastig, getreidig (noch nicht strohig), fruchtig. Ungewöhnliche Kräuternote. Lässt man die Kohlensäure etwas ausrauchen hat man fast schon eine an Feinöl erinnernde Konsistenz, die sich geschmeidig und weich die Kehle runter schmeichelt. Könnte nach dem Mittelteil etwas geschmacksintensiver sein - sehr süffig und erfrischend ist es aber auch jeden Fall.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brass colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, overripe banana, some clove, a touch of black pepper. Taste is initially slightly dry, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally leafy, hints of dried banana, unripe banana, later sweeter, correspondingly rather with hints of overripe banana, tart-ish, citrusy hoppy counterpart, a touch of pear as well. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, not too sweet - nice.
