@ Liebert Keller, Kreuzberg. Cloudy yellow, sugary nose is well-balanced by banana. The flavour is banana and sweet, but gives way to juicy, acidic notes. Still with light sweetness.

Bottle, 5.2%. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. Weak overripe banana aroma. The flavour has some banana too, slightly sweet. High carbonation obscuring some of the flavour, but refreshing.

(screw cap bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foamy head. Acidic, citrus fruity aroma with a light-sweet wheat-malty sweetness and some spicy cloves in the background. Sweet, slightly acidic flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Moderately wheat-maöty, slightly yeasty and fruity (banana) taste; medium-dry, sweet and slightly sour finish with banana in the aftertaste.

An unclear orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana, citrus, and soap water. The flavor is sweet wheaty with light notes of oranges and banana, leading to a dry wheaty end.

Bottle. Light golden coloured, almost clear, bigger fluffy white head, rather quickly diminishing; fruity nose (bananas mainly), also a bit grainy; sweetish-fruity flavour (lemony); light dry ending, fruity traces (lemons, bananas) again. Decent and pleasant Weizen

Bottle
Plenty of banana, vanilla and clove in the aroma, tart orangy - dont get as much Brett as Joris seems to do though. Cloudy pale yellow, foamy lacing white head. Light wheaty body, dry clove dominates the flavor, fits the dry mouthfeel, light citric notes. Doughy finish. Minerally aftertaste. Dry, refreshing - and indeed not south bavarian at all.

(Bottle 50 cl) Cloudy honey coloured beer with a tall head and a heavy carbonation. Marked sweetness and fruity esters. Gets better as it warms and loses some of the CO2. 090202
