Calvados has a unique taste that with barrel aging gives a nice twist to the beer that has been on it. This time a Strong Saison. Expect the characteristic Calvados flavors and aromas such as apple, sweet fruits and oak. These together provide a warming and alcoholic mouthfeel.

Clear orange beer, big creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, funky start, brett notes, fruity, citrus, spicy and herbal, a bit grassy, apple juice, sweet impression, green apples as well. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apple juice, calvados, sourish touch, gentle bitterness, a little malty, spicy touch. Aftertaste: sourish, apples, apple juice, good sweet and sour balance, decent beer.
