The result is exactly that, we bumped up the malt and hops to make a bigger/ thicker/ more intense version of Overflow finishing at a healthy 8.2%.
Loaded with Citra and Mosiac the beer bursts with candy like Passion fruit and pineapple juice with berry and citrus, then rounded off with a big sweet finish.
Keep cold and Drink immediately. Best enjoyed at 6-8C. Cheers/ Наздраве!

Smell of glue, tropical fruit, sugar. Cloudy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of overripe fruit, stingy booziness, sour milk. Wtf is this. Messy sweetness.

Hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow fruits, yeast, oat, mango. Taste of sweet juicy hops, mango, ripe apricot, stone fruits, strong body.

Can at the rental flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours murky gold with a frothy, white crown. Medium sweet flavour with a bit oats, melon, tangerine, a hint of raw hop, mango, mild bitter citrus rind. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, sightly oaty, more tangerine, lemon rind, mango, pale bread, low bitterness. Pretty darn good for what it is.
