473ml can. Stingy hoppy, floral and fruity with some mineraly notes, tropical notes, citrus and grapefruit. Okay, a bit mineraly and fruity IPA.

Fruity and hoppy, peach and grapefruit, some grapefruit peel. Nicely bitter, a bit grass in the aftertaste. Very nice.

Can. Pours clear golden, medium white head, dissipates leaving good lacing. There is some can variation in this one, I am afraid. So far two of three cans have had a fairly distinctive, ummm, buttered popcorn aroma and flavor. Not quite to the diacetyl bomb level, but noticeable. The other was much cleaner. Hops appear to be straddling the line between pot/pine resin dankness and citrus. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Lightish body

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 3, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and rather citrusy with orange, tangerine and calamansi lime. Hints of stone fruit and passion fruit. Light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, yellow gold with a medium large, fairly thick, white head that recedes slowly to small clumps that linger on the edges. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong citrus hop notes with orange, tangerine, lemon and calamansi lime. Lighter stone fruit notes. A bit of a crisp, watery finish. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent IPA with solid citrus character and a bit of stone fruit and passion fruit. I'm surprised that a 100% Simcoe beer is so fruity. A bit watery in the finish.
