375 bottle. Pours a deep purple color. Aroma of elderberries and honey. The taste is much the same as the nose--lots of berries and honey. Very Jammy. There is a bit of tartness that nicely off-sets the honey sweetness. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long with lingering honey. Overall: Good stuff.

Bottle, at share, thanks to Andrew. Pours dark red. Blackberry, cherry, blackcurrant, sweet berry. Nice oily body. Good.

6 3 6 3 12Bottle shared at Sunday Brunch Bee Boost. Very dark purple near black with no head. Aroma of vinegar, vinous notes and big floral honey. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation. I understand this one was recalled by Schramm’s so it probably not fair to rate this. Schramm’s are usually good at worst and this is not up to their normal quality.

Heavy elderberry & honey nose. Leather, moist wood & yellow flowers. Sweet, sour & fruity taste. Viscous tart mouthfeel. Delicious!

Sampled from the tap at the meadary. Pours a dark purple with no head whatsoever. Aroma has sweet berry and sweet honey with a touch of dryness. Flavor has sweet berry and honey throughout.
