Can. Clear brown with a small and ultra short-lived beige head; it basically looks like a cola. Aroma of malts, honey, malt lozenges and perfume. Taste of malts, cough syrup, honey, herbs, malt lozenges and dark bread. Low bitterness. Low carbonation. Refreshing like a cola minus the caffeine kick. I do enjoy a glass of Kvass from time to time but never when I‘m in the mood for a beer.

Caramelly sourish back. Sweetish with rye and molasses. Easy to drink, sourish refreshing with a fruity sour finish. Nice.

0.33 l can from local 'Kaufland', canned in July 2021. Clear, ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, minimally fruity aroma of caramel, raisins, bread and a touch of red berries. Rather sweet, malty, slightly fruity taste of caramel, burnt sugar, bread, raisins and cola, followed by a short, minimally tart finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable but far from great.

33cl can. A clear orange brown colour, small beige head. Aroma of sweet caramelized malt, melasse, sugar. Taste of sugar, melasse, caramel, intense sweet malty finish.

Can at hotel, cola coloured, no head. Aroma is raisins, sweet, caramel, malt, bit dusty. Taste the same, light bitter, very sweet, very caramel, malt, hint of citrus, weak kvas

330 ml can from supermarket. Looks like cola and tastes almost like cola with malt and cirus notes. Sticky sweetness. Watery texture, fizzy carbonated. Im not sure if this is supposed to be a real Kwass, however drinks like a cheap cola.
