(S)Tout Noir is a light stout. It has an intense taste of dark chocolate and coffee. We used classic malt as well as a dark one. We also added unmalted barley. (S)Tout Noir is a bit drier but also smooth from using SAAZ, Centennial and Ahtanum hops which give it a fruity and floral aroma and a nice bitterness.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, dark caramel, sweetened coffee, nougat, touch of plum jam (povidla), pralines, earthy, spices, touch of mint/licorice. FLAVOR- very smooth, neutral to dry, moderately bitter, the same as aroma. Medium to fuller bodied. Nice creamy Irish stout.

0,5 l can. Pours dark brown with huge, frothy, lasting tan head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, coffee. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Flavor follows aroma. Body is full, but it's not heavy to drink. Carbonation is subtle. Finish is long, quite pleasant roasty bitterness.

Tap at the brewpub. Pitch black body, tan head, fairly lasting. Chocolate and coffee in the aroma, fairly lasting, light orange jelly touches, creamy, lightly roasty. Lean, dryish and yet very smooth taste, again with the cappuccino-cocoa one-two kick. Some flowery citric, lightly soapy undertones, not 100% perfect, but working very well, adding a juicy finish to the stout. Well, gotta say, Vinohradský has done it again, a very good beer!
