(S)Tout Noir is a light stout. It has an intense taste of dark chocolate and coffee. We used classic malt as well as a dark one. We also added unmalted barley. (S)Tout Noir is a bit drier but also smooth from using SAAZ, Centennial and Ahtanum hops which give it a fruity and floral aroma and a nice bitterness.

Black with a beige head. Sweet roasted malts, earthy, chocolate, light liquorice, coffee, a touch of molasses. Finish has a sweet dark fruit and molasses note over roasted malts. Medium to full body. A nice stout.

500ml can from the brewpub. Pours a dark brown with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, chocolate, liquorice, cereal & roasted malt. Medium body. Dry finish. Highly enjoyable

20.5.2023. Can via Pivny raj. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Fully malty, lots of cocoa, coffee, light ashy deep roast. Also light caramel. Good balance, easy drinking, ABV hidden well. Quite good. 7,9.
6.1.2026. Tap at Pivni zastavka (pic). Med-thin bod, med carbo. Med-high bitter, med-light sweet. Med syrupy burnt sugar caramel, light plum-raisin fruitiness, with loads of classic coffeeish and a bit ashy roast piled on top. Background hopping.pretty good, a bit sharp, but good. 7,6.

Can 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a light brown head. Soft roast and vanilla in the nose. Medium body, lightly sweet roast, vanilla and licorice. Subdued bitterness. Just a well made, easy going Stout. 010523
