Chocolate Cherry Yeti is the newest version in our revered Yeti Series. We’ve tweaked the hop bitterness for this special release and then added sweet and sour cherries and cacao. The roasty malt backbone of Yeti melds perfectly with the cherries and cacao to make this one smooth sipper. A Yeti in a cherry orchard can be a great thing.

Black color with a medium foamy dark brown. Roasty and bitter with anise, floral hops, cherry and cocoa. Long finish. Thick and creamy body.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brn/blk with a finely bubbled darkish tan head. Aroma is mostly chocolate/cherry with heat notes and hints of burnt malt. Full bodied, but barely. Flavor is chocolate/cherry with noticeable but not bothersome heat, and some very toasted/burnt chocolate in support. Quite tasty.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, dusty malt, licorice and some cherry. Taste has chocolate, coffee, subtle cherry, malt, licorice, caramel, very subtle tart and some more cherry in the finish. I like that this is doesn't taste like a candy bar.

On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Ink black pure with darn brown foam leaving crazy drafts. Nose: dark chocolate, mild cherry, residual sugar, flawless. Mouth: rough roast, fat drink, a bit oxydated (+), alcohol is balanced, sweet burnt sugar, cherry.

Schönes süffiges und leich röstiges Stout. Schoko ist gut auszumachen, die Kirschen schmecke ich beim besten Willen nicht heraus. Trotzdem lecker und keine Spur alkoholisch.

Shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Smooth deep chocolate beginning. Easy to drink, caramel, chocolate and smooth fruity cherries in the back. More chocolate custard, moderate bitter, smooth mild deep in the aftertaste.
