Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta cristallino. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, agrumi e affumicato.

0,4 l on tap. Pours amber color with medium tan head. Aroma of yeast light ham rauch aroma, some roasted malt, caramel. Taste is quite sweet and low bitter. Body is quite light for rauch, easy drinker.

Canned 330ml. -at Hops Beerstro Trieste, shared with hrabren. Shiny amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, light smoke in the nose. Toasted malt, light smoke, some caramel and with sweetish smokey finish.

0.33 l can shared with Ogi at Hops Beerstró, Trieste. Clear deep amber, small head. Moderately smokey, smoked cheese and/or salmon. Some bitterness and smokey astringency. Malty backbone, a hint of toast and caramel. Quite drinkable, medium body, soft carbonation. Light smokey finish. One sided but nice.

Can shared with Vebjørn 22.09.22. Clear pale golden copper. White head. Aroma and taste of smoked sausages, bonfire, burnt circuit boards and caramelly malt.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata scarica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianco sporca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, affumicato leggero, luppolo. In bocca è maltata all'attacco, abboccata, con affumicatura medio-leggera, amaro bilanciato, non particolarmente secca ma comunque di ottima beva, anche grazie a una leggera mineralità. Corpo meglio-leggero, carbonazione media. Molto buona.
