Our very first batch features French Triskel hops, a new variety with an aroma similar to French Strisselspalt, from which Triskel inherited its floral notes, but slightly more citrusy and fruity. Fun fact: the name ‘’Triskel’’ was inspired by triskelion, the symbol of the Gauls, ancestors of the modern French people. You may notice something similar to a triskelion of sorts on the can label.
Birra Di Bocce, like a Pilsner, is light, very dry, and crisp, but with more biscuity malt nuance from the heirloom barley with bright, lemony flavor hop accents from the Triskel. This extremely refreshing beer is a perfect beer to welcome the warmer weather over a game of bocce with your pal!

Italian pilsner. Slight haze. Straw, medium head. Soft blackberry hops, clean pale malt, gentle fruitiness, moderate bitterness, nice balance.

Refreshing, crisp and slightly grassy with some hay
