16 oz can, courtesy of some nice customer at Mikkeller Vik, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some crunchy bready malts, straw, and maybe a touch of woodiness. Flavour is dry, with clean biscuity malts, a touch of the foeder character, and straw. Dry and crisp. It’s alright.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass, straw, cracker malts on the nose. Flavour has dry grass, straw, a bit peppery, cracker malts, a bit skunky. Not bad.

Thanks Gregg for sharing the can! Wineglass showing pale gold with half a finger of clean white foam.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of corn, wood, and oak.

The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Clean malts with a moderate bitterness.

Great nightcap. Dogs are taken care of. Messi masterclass. Wouldn’t mind having this in the fridge all the time. Thanks Chris.

Fort Point draught, 7/6/23. Clear deep brass-bronze. Small, off-white head recedes steadily to cover. Very light, almost nutty oak, with floral and peppery hops to enliven things. Baguette and light cracker. Clean. Bready up front with very expansive carbonation dispersing the solidly-malted texture. Honey, fresh baguette, flowers and pepper. Ample but not overdone bitterness. Immaculately clean. Low oak, mostly just a nutty, textural finish. Swirling some carbonation out helps greatly and brings forth more oak and deeper malt flavors. Pretty lovely stuff all around.

Weird dimpled mug, light hazy over a golden body, finger of white head.  5.5%.  Nose is fine, bread dough and flowers, honey, some light woodiness.  Flavor has chamomile tea, bread dough, light astringency from herbs.  Finishes creamy.  Finish is probably the best part.  Long and satisfying.  6 4 6 5 13
