Flaska från SB. En gusher. Varmröd som ett Rhônevin. Fin druvig arom med mycket vinvibbar vilket gifter sig riktig bra med lambicen. Pigg ganska snäll syra med likaledes snälla tanniner. Mycket gott

Malmö team tasting at Palace Hall, Malmö, Sweden (15/04/2023) - fruity notes of red grape giving some nice blackberry and black currant notes, tannins, berry skins, medium body and acidity, lingering dark berry fruity finish.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Tasting, January 2023. Pours hazy Golden red with a pinkish head. Red Wine, syrah, funk and sulphur. Dry and funky finish.

Bottle, bb 22/12/2031 so still young. Sticker Open carefully. Contents under high pressure. Prepare your glasses.. Thanks for the warning, Pierre! More brewers should do this. So yes, I was warned but still lost some of the precious liquid at the ferocious gusher. Color: Hazy reddish orange, thin pink head. Aroma: Funky, tart, fruity. Taste: A lot of farmyard Brett funk, fruity grape and sour grapefruit-like citrus, grapeskin, oak wood. A lot of tannins, very dry mouthfeel. Over moderate tart. Very subtle red wine notes. Hints of balsamico vinegar. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice fruited Lambic.
