Bottle, 750 ml at Ambasada. Hazy orange with small white head. Medium funk, citrus, red grapes, some barrel. Medium sourness.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear darker orange/golden coloured, small white to off-white head, funky and fruity nose. Funky, fruity, mild citrusy and notes of grapes and touch of oak with light vinous finish. Enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is wonderfully funky, with lots of red grape skins, plenty of must, and barnyard funk. Flavour is very fragrant, with a wonderful barnyard funk, red grape must, a touch of black pepper, and oak. Dry, but with some gentle residual sweetness. Oaky, peppery, vinous finish. Excellent.

Poured from a 750 ml, 2021 / 2022 vintage bottle. Aroma is fairly grape must forward with notes of grape skins, lighter syrah juice notes and a slight peppery note. Light herbal, earthy funk notes with hints of grain, alcohol and oak. Pours a slightly hazy, amber red color with a large, moderately thick, frothy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a light acidity and hints of grain. Low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light earthy, herbal funk. Faint oak notes. Moderately strong grape must notes with some tannins and skin notes. Medium light syrah juice notes with a faint peppery note. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid grape lambic. Moderately strong grape notes but light enough to still allow some of the base beer to come through. Acidity is really well done and fairly light. Could use a bit more funkiness and maybe a more interesting grape, but otherwise it's very nice and easy drinking.
