Funky, tartish and slightly sour with some vinous grapes, some farmyardy notes and yeastiness. Okay, but perhaps not quite on the level of other grape lambics from Tilquin

Bottle. Picked up at Grote Dorst. Slow gusher. Deep rose pink. Off white foam eventually dissipates fully. Wow. So much fruit. Sweet red grape. Blackcurrant. Hint of liquorice. Funk and oak back things up. Taste is juicy tart and super fruity. Was surprised to see this is 8% as there’s supreme chuggability here. So we did. Great stuff.

clear golden to rose colour, minimal off white lacing; aroma of unripe grape, citric acidy-lemony, some sour apple and woody notes; taste of citric and acetic acidy, unripe grape, some acetone and tannin notes; great one!

0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy pinkish orange body with a thin pearl head. Huge red wine vinegar notes in the aroma and the taste with some grape must, mold and some lemon juice. The taste is a bit salty too. Very nice lambic.

Cooper colour with a reddish hue. Aroma and flavour are packed full of grapes and funk. Sharp but with a fruity sweetness behind it. Superb.

Bottle: Poured a hazy/cloudy purple-ish color lambic with a medium size foamy head with light retention and minor lacing. Aroma of funky barnyard notes with some vinous notes and grapes with some tart notes. Taste is also dominated by funky barnyard notes, some oak, grapes and vinous notes with a tart finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Extremely complex with excellent drinkability.

Bottle. 2021-2022. Hazy deep orangey red-amber. Barnyard, oak, red wine, vanilla notes, cobwebs, sou, slightly lemony, a hint of alcohol. Great.

750 bottle c&c. Pours clear light amber with a white smear. Aroma is that earthy/leathery/funky - tho bright and fresh - lambic thing. Red berry notes. Med body. It's lightly tart, somewhat earthy funky, has wood astringency, and definite red berry. Very approachable. Heavy on the fruit. Dellicious.
