BCN WEISSE W/ THE GARDEN BREWERY
Finally the return leg of a collab with Croatia's finest, The Garden Brewery. And it's a cracker. A wheat heavy base beer received a steeping of aromatic Earl Grey tea before being sent to the fermenter where it was destined to meet loads of beautiful peach. The result is a refreshing summer ice tea style sour ale that beloows juicy peach with a beautiful bergamot undercurrent.

Canned, 440 ml at Ambasada. Hazy orange with short lasting white head. Fruity, citrus, stone fruit, peach, orange, refreshing, medium sourness.

Draft, half pint. @Garage Beer Co., Barcelona (Spain) 27/10/2023 [#6.853 Global - #1.341 Spain - #64 Garage Beer Co.] Pours golden with a lasting off-white head. Aroma: spiced malts, orange rind, peach and yeast. Taste: yeasty and citrusy. Medium tart and sourness. Next one please!

Can from Drinkøteka, shared with djoeye. Murky orange body, some head. Floral, spicy aroma, big orange, peach. Soft, sweetish-sour taste, peaches, smooth, more bergamot than tea itself, light sourness. Well made!

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Unclear golden coloured, small white head, fruity nose. Sweetish/acidic taste, light fruity, mild apricot and sourish finish. Bit empty.

0.44 l can shared with Ogi at Ambasada, Zagreb. Murky orange, minimal head. Intense apricot jam aroma, soft citrus, zest, bergamot. Soft sourness, tart apricot or peach, slightly astringent. Soft tannic black tea note. Soft texture, light to medium body, moderate carbonation, abrupt finish.
