Poured from a 16 oz can dated June 24, 2019. Aroma is hop forward and rather fruity with lots of mango, passion fruit, gooseberry, guava and tropical citrus. Lighter dank hop notes and light malt notes. Pours a rather clear, brilliant gold with a medium large, thick, frothy, white head that's recedes fairly quickly. Medium light lacing and no legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderate grain notes. Medium to medium high bitterness with moderately strong hop notes. More dank notes than in the aroma with some pine and resin followed by tropical citrus, mango, passion fruit and gooseberry. Fairly dry crisp finish with some mineral and water notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, the hop profile is way out of whack for any pilsner but this is a really crisp, tasty lager. Super hop forward, especially in the aroma but crisp malt notes shine through.
