This beer originates in our Svetle and we added fresh SAAZ hops in it. The fresh hops were used in boil as well as in whirlpool and in dry hopping. We are able to make this beer only once a year during the harvest of hops. The hops harvested on the field contain around 80 % of water (compared to 10 % in dried hops) and that’s why it needs to be processed within 24 hours of harvest. One of the first breweries that came with this kind of beer was Sierra Nevada.

Draught (Automat Matuška, Prague) - Golden with a white head. Grass, herbs and a hint of lime in the aroma. Floral and slightly herbal taste with a subtle yet noticeable bittersweet element to it. The herbal notes are more pronounced in the finish.

Tap. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of malt, fresh hoppy bitterness. Taste starts malty, followed by nice hoppy bitterness. Good.

Tap at NaPalmě. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Soft, lightly tart herbal aroma. The taste blooms then, soft, bit grainy, with supremely pleasant herbal and floral hoppy notes dancing all over the bloody place. Pleasant, delectable even!

Bottle 0.75l. A bit cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- malty, yeasty, nice noble hops. FLAVOR- neutral, pleasantly bitter, quite hoppy, malt, bread. Medium bodied. Nice wet hop lager, nice Saaz character.
