Revisite locale d’un style dont la longue fermentation en présence de levures sauvages permettait autrefois d’obtenir une bière sèche et plus forte en alcool. Au menu une bière sèche aux arômes de cafés et de grillé.

Jens Smagning 11/04/2025 - mix of dark malts with a kind of tartness, background coffee, some acidify, vinegar, medium body, strange, not for me.

Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and bread, leading to a bitter finish. 6/4/6/3/13

Zwart geroosterde mout, koffie, gebrande hazelnoten, donker besje. Romig en poederig. Fijn, niet zo zwaar.

Bottle shared. Dark brown with big beige head. Cocoa, earthy, light licorice, dried plums, blackberries, soft Brett. Just medium sweet, a bit more bitter, very light sour. Medium bodied.
