High Hops is a full-bodied and refreshing hazy, pale tropical IPA. Enticing mango and passion fruit aromas draw the drinker in to the satisfying full flavours of mango, grapefruit and lime, finishing with lingering zesty tropical fruits.

Can. Appearance - golden and clear, massive foamy white head. Nose - orange, lemon, slight herbal and light caramel. Taste - lemon and herbal again. Burnt brown bread at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied, tangy sweet middle and dry finish. Overall - OK.

Can @ Yr Hen Dderwen, Carmarthen. Hazy paler golden with a creamy-frothy head. Citrus hoppy, masking much of its strength but certainly full tasting, and at the high end of the citric-bitterness scale. Pineapple certainly evident.

Can online from the brewery. Pours a hazed golden with a decent cream cap. Sweet, juicy, tropical, mango. Moderate sweet & moderate+ bitter, tangy, quite synthetic tasting. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Not my bag

440ml can from Vinomondo, canned about 10 days before. Pours a hazy golden yellow, large white head. Big bright tropical mango aroma, juicy sweet, hazy even.. good firm bitterness, coming across quite fresh and fruity overall. Promising hazy IPA from such a traditional brewer. Could do with a bit more body, but hopefully a sign of more to come.
