A collaboration of Alechemy Brewing x BrewDog Edinburgh Cowgate x BrewDog DogHouse Edinburgh, who worked hard to create a unique one-off brew “IT’S NOT UNYUZUALE”, a yuzu fruited pale ale! Pun intended.

Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours hazy golden - orange with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, zingy, vibrant, lovely tangy citrus, lemony, yuzu, tangelo, yuzu sake, bready and biscuity malt. The taste is crisp, dry, puckering tartness, bitter - sweet, slightly lactic, pithy, zesty, tangy, bright yuzu character, lemony sherbet, sherbet dib dab, touch green, dank almost and some bread & biscuit in the malt base with a drying, pithy finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy white carbonation. Very well done. Flavourful and balanced.
