Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.09.2025) im 2024-06 getrunken. Diese goldene Cider kommt mit eine sehr guten Kombination aus Apfelaromen und moderater Säure daher. Sehr schön!

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before October 2025. Clear, deep golden with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity and a bit funky aroma of ripe apple, some honey and a touch of walnut. Quite sweet, a little sourish, rather fruity and a bit funky taste of ripe apple, apple juice, elderflower, some honey and traces of walnut, followed by a short, slightly dry, a bit tart finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid cider, quite tasty but rather sweet.

330 ml bottle. Slightly unclear amber with a small head. Full ripe apple, apple cake and some cinnamon, young white wine, apple peel, sour apple gums, lemon. Dry fruity sourness and sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily fruit, lively carbonated, dry fruity sour sweet finish. Pretty good!

Deep golden color and a small white head. Fruity, lita of apples, faint vinous and decent spices. Crisp and refreshimg. Nice carbonation.
