Can. An unclear brown beer with a small white head. Nutty, roasted aroma with bread crust and some piney hints. It’s full-bodied and warming, semi-sweet, with a decent bitterness. Nutty, roasted flavor with piney hints, caramel, some licorice and pine cones. A bit rough. Lasting finish with some oatmeal cookies. A bit strange this one, edgy too. Like the aroma though. 241130

Unclear brown pour and a small tan head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness and an ok bitterness. Gently carbonated. Easy to drink. Bready, roast and herbal flavor. [Can – shared by Kenneth]

330 ml can, from the brewery. ABV is 8.1%. Cloudy brown colour, large to moderate beige head. Aroma of malts (some of it roasted), biscuits and burnt breadcrumbs. Medium roast, biscuits and burnt breadcrumbs in the flavour too, quite dry, with moderate earthy hops.
