Bottle shared by Chris & Kelley at the Nov. 2022 P.S. tasting, 11/12/22. Red, thin head, good retention. Aroma of cranberry, vanilla, vegetal note. Taste is tart cranberry, leaves, pepper. Bright, very sour.

Clear 6.3oz bottle from Brad (alexsdad06, my Secret Santa of 2021). Poured into a La Chouffe tulip glass at my daughters in Laguna Hills in the early hours of 23rd February 2022. Hazed cranberry red body, light pink wispy head. Tart throughout with a sour cranberry flavour and aroma, would have been good poured over 'Fish & Chips' it was so vinous in nature! Not really my thing.
