How much is too much hops? We don’t believe a limit exists! This triple IPA is sweet, boozy, and meant for sipping. It’s crisp with aromas and flavors of citrus and pine from rigorous dry hopping with American hops Mosaic and Simcoe. These concentrated hop flavors are balanced by the sweet malty base and high alcohol content, making each sip as intense as the last.

US Pint can from my 2021 Secret Santa, cheers Brad (Alexsdad06). It's mid-afternoon here in Laguna Hills on 22nd February 2022, the beer is being poured into a La Chouffe tulip glass (twice) and being taken with some marinated Olives and salted Crisps (Chips for my American readers!). Slight haze in the amber/bronze body, off-white crown on both pours. Piney nose and initial taste, bitter flavour with some malt action below, citrus notes appear as the beer warms, second glass more so. At first I thought it was going to be one of those beers that try and 'Out Hop' everybody else's 'Hop Bomb, but this isn't like that, subtle it isn't but it's balanced more than those huge monsters some US brewers thought were 'the thing' a few years back, this had a solid malty base. Really enjoyed it's boozy nature, hope I come across more beers from these guys one day.
