Our friends at GameCraft Brewing are located down in Laguna Hills and are well known for making some of the best lagers around. We decided to use a hop that we hadn't used at Wild Fields yet, Hallertau Blanc, to create a unique and fun Italian-Style Pilsner. Dry hopping with this hop brings out unique notes of lemongrass, white pepper, and citrus peel. Very balanced and approachable, with a nice crisp, fruity finish.

On-tap at GameCraft on 3rd February 2022. US Pint into a tall glass. Clean and clear golden body, full on white crown. Light hop aroma and taste, mini-fruitiness with a citrussy leaning. Decent.
