Taster at the Grill. Pours a clear, dark, orangish, brown color, with a small, beige head. The nose is caramel, light lime, pretzel, and straw. Sweet and malty, with a light, nutty bitterness. Light, smooth, and clean. Weak, but easy.

Pours clear light amber with a medium sized off-white head, light lacing. Smokey malts, toffee, citrus.

Can shared by John. Pours clear amber, medium off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is dust, caramel, pine. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Light body. Solid for style.

On my flight of four at The Ketch Grill & Taps, Shelter Island, on 19th January 2022. Clean and clear bright amber body, full white head. Liked this, it had a light malty front to it's nose and taste, later came a slight hop bitterness. The best beer of the four I tried from this brewery. I would have stayed longer, but we were on a mission!
