Bottle in 't Brugs Beertje on 11th November 2025. Expected horse blankets and got an interesting farmhouse ale, misty golden orange body, white crust. Not too 'Bretty' and 'Tarty', just a slight sourness and spiciness.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione bassa. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è carico e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo, tamarindo, arancia amara, mandarino e mela verde.

Golden colour with stable thin head. I know tamarind and can pick it out here. I think there's a shortage of Brett here. The funk just isn't there. Residual malt sweetness. Then a white wine vinous element. Astringent aftertaste (probably the tamarind at work). Has potential.

Flaska från belgiuminabox. Bärnstensfärgad med lågt skum och betydande mängden jästklumpar i olika storlekar. Skitigt och jordigt brettig med oljig tangerinezestig kryddighet på det. Mycket karaktär men förlorar på att den saknar saisonens lätta krispighet. Ok+

Bottle. Straight from the bottle. Aroma and flavor are sweet, sour, fruity, dirty, bretty. Overall: okish, brett saves it.

Bitter, funky farmhouse

Hazy golden, nice sticky head. The aroma is pretty standard Belgian ale, some pils malts, obvious spicy phenolics, maybe just maybe some white wine tartness. Similar taste, drying finish. Nice.
