Pour notre IPA, nous avons voulu donner la part belle aux houblons aromatiques et aux amertumes parfumées, en réalisant un assemblage de trois houblons : Magnum, Summit et le Sorachi Ace en houblonnage à cru.

It is not an IPA, the taste is just disgusting with a kind of old limonade, mineral, ginger, really unpleasant at the palate, forget it, 03.04.17, buying it at one monoprix, Paris, judging it at the Mercure, Gare de Lyon.

On tap at Maison BapBap, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is very bitter, with lots of bitter piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is quite bitter as well, with lots of bitter pine. Crisp and fairly dry. Not bad, though a little harsh.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Clear russet colour lasting beige head. Herby aroma. Some sweet malt. Yes just a herby malty beer. Not great.
