Tátův cider chmelený (třetinka). Bez přidání cukru zato za studena chmelený třemi speciálními odrůdami chmele. To mu dodává příjemnou hořkost a aroma citrusových plodů. Obsah alkoholu 6,2%. Pro ty, co mají chmel pod kůží.

# 1352; 3/2019. Velmi dobrý, suchý cider. K jablečné chuti se přidávají citrusy, bylinny a liči.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen 03.12.18. Translucent golden. Small white head. Complex aroma, with apples, oak and higher alcohols. Dry apple and apple zest in dry taste. Astringent mouthfeel.

Shared 330 ml bottle, ABV 6.2%. Deep golden colour, shortlived white head. Aroma of sweet eating apples, hardly any malic acid. The flavour is much drier than expected, hardly any body to speak of, no sweetness, no fruity acid. Disappointing.

Flaske fra Holmens importkoffert, delt med skipsrederen og seremonimesteren 02.12.18 (juleverksted på Fridtjofen): nesten helt klar gylden med kort skum. Intens eplearoma, men smaken mangler både syre og sødme. Tørr og usjarmerende.

Bottle, 750 ml, courtesy of Max. Shared with him and JFK10000. Clear golden, white head. Apple, fruity aroma, juicy, moderate sweetness and tartness. Medium bodied. Nice.
