For this fully organic grape lambik, we macerated Grüner Veltliner grapes on one- and two-year old lambik. The grapes were sourced from Christoph Hoch, a Demeter-certified wine maker from Hollenburg an der Donau, Austria.

C: gold, light hazy.
A: nice grapes, rhubarb, lemon, gooseberries, mineral, redcurrants.
T: a lot of grapes, rhubarb, lemon, woody, gooseberries, leather, bit puckering, mineral touch, soft carbonation, bit bready core, very good, fully enjoyed this bio version.
F: no real.
C: gold, light hazy.

75cl Bottle @ Back in Odense M, Ratebeer Odense Tasting. Pours Hazy Golden yellow with a White head. Grapes. Green. Sulphur, Wood and funk. A bit more acetic than normal 3F.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden. Massive spicy grapes, dry cellar funk, lemon zest, green twigs, light mineral, peppery. Over medium sour, medium sweet. Full bodied. Nice, very vinous.

Disparate bubbles over almost clear ochre-golden beer. Green grapes, bit vinous, then leather, horseblanket, horse corral straw, immortelles, sweet woodruff, but also burnt rubber, sulphury warming up. Sweeter than expected, nearly-ripe white grapes, restrained horseblanket; again woodruff and immortelles, unripe peach, sulphury. Acidburn and -thinning. Not very carbonated, wheatslick. Milder grape for 3F, but still pretty hard. Txs to Stef!

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is nice white grapes, verjus, good lambic funk. Taste is lambic funk, juicy white grapes, nice balance. Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice balance, well-integrated, great!

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, thin white head. Aroma: Grape, tart, subtle funky. Taste: Over moderate tart. Grape, grape skin, green apple, gooseberry, oak wood. Subtle rural and leathery funk. Tannins, dry mouthfewl. Some fruity bitterness at the finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice.
