For this Druif, we macerated Sylvaner grapes from Harth+Harth, for more than four months on an oak barrel. We used two- and three-year lambikken only, rendering the weighted average age of this blend to more than 26 months. The final fruit intensity clocks at more than 584 grams of grapes per litre. Almost 80% of the cereals for the five brews were sourced with our local farmers.
A few years ago, we started working with the most progressive low-intervention winemakers around Europe. Harth+Harth is a family-owned Demeter-certified organic winery from Saulheim in the German wine region of Rheinhessen.

Bottle, 750 ml shared with MiroB and JFK10000. Clear to cloudy golden yellow with small white head. Juicy, funky, vinous, musty, grapes. Medium sourness. Nice one. Elegant.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of stainless steel, with some metallic notes, musty grape skins, and mineraly notes. Flavour is metallic, with mineral notes, stainless steel, and some musty grape skins. Musty, mineraly, somewhat metallic finish. It's good for sure but not their best work. Very good.

Cloudy blond to light orange beer, no head. Aroma: a bit oxidized, nice brett, a bit spicy, peppery, lemony. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sourish, some vinegar, alcohol, brett, lemony, a bit woody. Aftertaste: very fruity, lots of apricots, unripe peaches, acidic, a little bitter.

Ratebeer Odense Gathering, Autumn 2023. Pours hazy Golden with a small White head. Grapes, funk, Wood and barnyard. Super dry and crisp with the grapes lingering.
