Eriksberg's Character is especially designed to suit Swedish home cooking, French bistro food as well as just being fit for socializing when you want to enjoy it.
The Eriksberg Character has an alcoholic strength of 5.4%, and is an amber colored layer with lovely hop odor and a full bodied body. It contains a large malt body, with pilsner, caramel and black malt. It has a clear and balanced bustle with lovely hop trees, which draw on the herbaceous and flowery way.
Eriksberg Character contains a great deal of everything to give taste and character to the taste experience.

Draught at Prinsen. Pours dark amber with a off white head. Malty, sweet with a surprisingly generous amount of hops, but also the usual unpleasant metallic macro lager bitterness.

Tap @ Bishops Arms, Lund. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 020917

A carbonated clear amber colour with a foamy off white head. A caramel malt aroma, a hint of fruit. A malty caramel taste some bready flavours but not much else going on. Clean, medium bodied, drinkable if not memorable.

33cl bottle. Poured deep amber color with a thin white head. Aroma has earthy, malty, mild woody notes. Malty, dusty, mild nutty flavor, creamy character. Clean and easy.

On tap somewhere in Strømstad. Clear dark golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma is like almost any average lager with some extra caramel malt. Plain and boring flavor of caramel malt and not much more. Medium body and average aftertaste of caramel malt. Drinkable with no faults, but very plain and boring.

Decent and easy drinkable amber lager.
Clear deep golden color with a fine off white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Dominating caramel malty, mild crystal malt and some fruity notes.

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter trevirke, mot papp og noe brent karamell. Middels fylde. Noe bitterhet, lett metallisk noe brent karamell.

Draught@Arlanda airport. Copper colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel, mild rubber as well as some starchlike sweet notes. Also mild rubber as it warms up. Flavour is caramel, wood, some strange bitter notes. Drink while cool, as it gets harsh when getting warm. Score given is when cold.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 3 Oct 2014) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with crisp-bread, orange peel and hints of toast. Malty, slightly roasted taste with notes of crisp-bread, orange peel and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fairly tasty and decent macro vienna, but hardly exciting.
