Cask at Brewery Tap, Chester. Pours a golden amber with a medium sized off-white head. Slow to settle but does so eventually. The aroma is fruity, mainly tangerine, with some malty notes too. It’d fruity in the mouth as well with oranges, mango, quince and a dollop of floral hops too. Some hints of aniseed and other spicess eventually as well. Finish is fruity with a spicy edge. This is nice – citrus led but well balanced.

Hand-pulled pint at The Crown Inn, Oakengates on 20th July 2022. Clean golden body, white topping. Citrus front to the nose and taste, decent malt backbone, but it's all about the citrussy hops really.
