We have huge admiration for the classic German lagers and have tried to combine our love of supping cold steins of beer in the sunshine...or indoors. Refreshing, bitter and bready, this is our ode to the helles.

Tight white creamy head stayed on a finely carbonated unclear golden coloured body.
Malt, biscuit & fruity aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy dry & clean.
Malt, ashtray, wet paper & earthy tastes with a hoppy finish.
Deece.

440ml can in Chez Sophie on 17th July 2022. Golden body, not quite clear, white topping. Decent enough Helles, refreshing and easy to drink, some light maltiness and even less hoppiness.

440ml can Sophie's Beer Store after riding up Snowdon twice. Pours gold with a fine mist, small white head. Pale malt sweetness on the nose. Quite a mild lagery sweetness, light bodied, oily palate, gentle bitterness. Ok.
