Clear and golden with a small frothy white head and a touch of biscuit malt on the nose. Massively carbonated with light malt and citrusy hops building to a sharp kick and a subdued, dry finish

Keg @ The Dolphin, Shrewsbury. Clear gold pour, full to the brim with no head at all, which I can't say I've had before. Crisp, very light-flavoured, watery.. no elderflower with a very distant sweetness. Falls very short. Shame as their Green Monkey's pretty good.

Keg pint at The Cock Hotel, Wellington Shropshire on 20th May 2022. Usual Pilsner look, clean and clear light golden body, snow white crown on top. Lemon aroma with an Elderflower sweetness in the flavour. Nice and refreshing.
