Can from Beer52. Clear gold, thin white top which quickly fades. Quite a sweet, earthy and floral aroma amongst the grainy malt. Nice crispness to this one with good noble hop level and modest but long bitterness. Doesn't look like much but actually is a good Pils.

330ml can via Beer52: BB 10th May 2024. Drank at home on 27th October 2023. Pale gold, clean and clear, fast fading white bubbles on top. Grainy nose and taste, some hop bitterness takes over and this becomes a pretty hoppy brew with an earthy undertone. --- Beer merged from original tick of Brew 795 Low Mile Lager on 27 Oct 2023 at 10:22 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5. [33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a finger of white head; grassy aroma; quite hoppy in the mouth with a sweet grainy body; and a pleasantly bitter finish with some fruity hedgerow hops. A rather good pilsner.

Can from Beer 52 – drank at home. Pours a pale straw with minimal transient white head and high carbonation. There’s floral hops in the aroma along with some vague tropical fruits. In the mouth initially there’s a very metallic leaning with grains and corn. This gradually eases to reveal some orange fruitiness – but returns in the bitter finish. This is not a million miles from a macro beer – not for me.
