We have a great respect for the Timothy Taylor’s team, as they have been brewing consistently brilliant beers for what seems like forever! It was a real honour to brew with them for their first ever collaboration and to create something really unique. Artesian starts as a light and quaffable pale ale, brewed for easy enjoyment. We have then added bountiful additions of elderflower and zingy gooseberries to create a vibrant mix of summer flavours.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 23/03/24. Clear light golden blonde with a white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, grass, straw, green berry nip, gooseberries, lemon rind, dusty hops. Taste comprises grass, hedgerow, lemon rind herb, elderflower poke, gooseberries, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spattered with grassy come leafy hop bitterness. Okay pale ... not one I'd revisit but better than the 3.16 the jury have averaged so far!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Thornbridge online. Pours clear light yellow with a fading, fizzy white head. Lightly sweet with subtle floral notes, a little lemony/berry tang, pale biscuits, light bready malt notes, low bitterness. Light in bodied with fine to average carbonation. Alright finish, more pale bread, a little grass, green pepper, lemon peel. Not bad, drinkable stuff.
