[September 2023] Clear and golden with a bubbly white head. Hoppy pale ale with a decent light malt bill and dry bitterness

Cask @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2023. Pale gold appearance, white head. Very basic flavour profile, basic golden bitter feel, biscuity malt moments, thin bodied, finishing dry.

Shared third of a pint at the 31st Shrewsbury Beer Festival in St Mary's Church on 28th September 2023. Light golden body, white crust. Mild citrus nose and initial taste, bitterness arrives later; I remember Mrs Lewis!
