Not another blast from the past, but midnight macadamia crash. Salama back on choco track, with big money, big nuts and a big fat malt sack. Malt sack filled with: Macadamia flavoured coffee, chocolate & Vanilla

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Viscous black, no head. Aroma of caramel, custard and macadamia. Very sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Syrupy caramel, milk chocolate, cloying vanilla and macadamia. Another sticky, hopeless pastry mess.

Monday 25th September 2023, Shrewsbury Gathering in Chez Sophie, 5 blokes and loads of beer. Cheers Mark for the 440ml can of this. Dark brown body with floating scum on top, most off putting, need a sock to drink it through. Actually tastes great, chocolate and coffee, mostly chocolate, but it looks terrible.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 23. Thanks Mark for this. Pours hazed dark brown, patchy brown yeast atop in place of a head. Burnt coffee grain aroma, chocolate emerges to taste, coffee disappears in the shadows.. turns out nice in the end.

440ml can. Sweet, slightly roasty with some chocolate, buttery nutty notes, coffee, vanilla and cocoa, hints of boozy liquor notes and syrup. Slightly preferred the hazelnut version.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 9.3.2022, BBE 9.10.2022. Very dark brown, almost black beer with very small and quickly totally vanishing beige head. Aroma has chocolate, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla. Flavor has roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Full body, very sweet and sugary, but so tasty. Quite similar to some Omnipollo pastry stouts.
