Can. Black beer with a big tan head. Coffee aroma. Coffee and whiskey flavor with light chocolate. Medium bodied. Coffee and chocolate linger with light chocolate.

5oz pour in The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 27th July 2023. Black bodied, tanned head, coffee nose and initial taste, some vanilla sweetness, but the Irish Whiskey barrel aging doesn't seem to come through too much. Enjoyed it , but wanted more 'boozy' esters and flavours.
