Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Ultradyprød / svart. Høyt lysebrunt skum med kremkonsistens. Daler veldig sakte og etterlater litt filigranser. God aroma av sjokolade. Spor av lakris. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken lakris & kaffe. Bra fylde. Alkoholen kommer til syne i en lett tørr ettersmak.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk's place. Thanks Max & Stas. Black. Roast, caramel, maple, some cinnamon, chocolate, soy sauce, a bit of vanilla, some alcohol, sweet, medium-bodied. A bit boozy, but nice.

330ml bottle bough at Vinmonopolet Langnes. The noisy pour reveals an espresso head, remaining over a near-black body. Fair lacing. Aroma of liquorice, molasses and cocoa. Rich taste profile of chocolate, mild syrup, biscuit and a twist of cinnamon spices. Integrated chili to the ending. Very smooth on the swallow. Much appreciated. (Tromsø 28.01.2018).

Bottle. An oily dark brown to black beer with a dark beige head. Hefty aroma with roasted malts, dark sugars, some licorice and molasses, a faint chili hint and a touch of coffee in the aroma. It's full bodied, warming, sweet and nicely carbonated. Roasted malts, coffee, chili, chocolate, some dried fruits and a light peppery touch in the flavor. Lasting roasted finish with chocolate, chili and some coffee and licorice. A nice dessert beer indeed. 171104
