Tequila BA sour w/ blood orange puree, guava puree, limes, & salt - This was one of our most popular beers from 2017 (Incipient - Tequila BA w/ Blood Orange, Pink Guava, Limes, and Salt) but this year we gave it a proper name! We also increased the fruit and salt level slightly from 2017.

B1 (2018) shared in 2019. Pours rather unclear blonde. Small white ring of foam. Smell is lemon, aromatic, reminding of a fruity cheese ( i don't mean cheesy though ! ) . lemon,, clear fruityness. Taste is full, sharp, lemon tartness. Very dry, oak, spices. Nice !

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy sour aroma. Moderate bitter nice sour flavor. Long moderate bitter nice sour finish. Oily palate.

[5/11/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Red session. Cloudy yellow. Citrus, guava, lacto, tart, some salt. Really good and refreshing.

0,05l from tap at Mbcc red. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells of lime, earthy, lactic, light brown sugar, nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of lime, sugary, citric, earthy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of lime, sugar and citrus. 7, 4, 8, 3, 17

MBCC2019 Red Session. Pours straw yellow, some white foam on the top. Sour and lightly funky nose, herbal kick there as well. Tastes quite acidic, I can tolerate that but not too much. Lime and citrus coming through as well, salty umami, quite flavourful fruited sour.
