Dreamstate is the sort of beer you can’t help but fall in love with - easy drinking, super refreshing, endlessly drinkable, yet still full of character. Beautiful citrus and stone fruit flavours from Mosaic and Loral hops sit on top of a smooth yet crisp malt base that features extra pale malt and lots of oats.

Can from Beer52. 3/4 hazy gold with small white foamy top. Aroma is citric, passionfruit, slight dankness with perfumed flora. Its quite drying, fruity with a touch of zest and earthiness. Light to medium bodied, zingy carbonation, dry. Good.

I am having a mini-tasting with myself today, 17th March 2023. The wife is out with old school friends, so Bertie and I are home alone until they all turn up later to use our bar. This is my 8th beer of the session (a 330ml can from Beer 52): BB 12th December 2023. Poured into a lovely old Hoegaarden Grand Cru stemmed tulip glass. Hazy blonde baby with a fast fading white head. Got to think this is a watered down brew for Beer52 because although it has a decent tropical fruit front in both the aroma and taste it lacks 'oomph', depth and a deep flavour base.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy pale straw coloured pour with a loose white head; fresh tropical fruit aroma; rather thin with a sharp tropical fruit taste, some mango and pineapple; then a pithy citrus bitterness to finish. Light and refreshing.

330ml can - Pours a hazy golden colour with an average sized, mostly lasting, foamy white head. The aroma is fruity and floral, citrus, melon with some tropical notes. A moderately sweet and fruity taste, sweet oranges and tropical fruit flavours with a light citrusy bitterness and drying finish.
